Do we need special equipment?

Usually no. Most activity is used chairs, countertops, or everyday household items.

How much time is required?

Most family spend about 15 to 20 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Can movements be adjusted for limitations?

Yes. All programs emphasize options for different ability, levels and comfort.

What if my parents is resistant?

That’s common. We include guidance on starting conversations gently and introducing changes without pressure.

Is movement safe for older adults?
